Escape the 90s Mall Recipes

It was hard to really nail down a suggested menu this month, after all the theme is a recent decade and a mall. We decided to go with some recreated recipes of items you would find in a food court. First we have A Chicken Teriyaki  recipe that is like the kind you would find at many small independent food kiosks at a mall. For a side or a main dish on its own, we have a Baked Ziti reminiscent of Sabaro’s menu item.  For dessert / snacks we have baked pretzels similar to what you would find at multiple pretzel chains in malls.

DRINKS

We decided to go with two classic cocktails from the 1990s this month. The Appletini and the Cable Car. For our nonalcoholic drink, we have the Orange Foolius, a take on the classic mall favorite, the Orange Julius.  You can make the Foolius more adult by adding in rum or vanilla vodka.
