The Monster Mash Recipe Page

RECIPES

This month we have a slew of treats for you, and a few tricks, as well!  The food and drink this month is inspired by Halloween, corny old monster movies, and high school reunions. This mashup has presented us with some strange concoctions indeed.  For dinner, we have the cafeteria staple, Spooky Joe Sandwiches! We have a Pumpkin Head Chili as a side, but if that is too close to the Spooky Joe for you, we have included a recipe for Anti-Vampire Soup! We included a couple of finger food dishes this month. A chicken enchilada-based Graveyard Dip and a sweet treat candy bake called The Monster Munchies!  Finally, if you prefer a baked dessert, we have a Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Loaf.

DRINKS

To drink this month, we have two themed cocktails and two punches. First, we have the Black Magic Margarita, a Halloween twist on a classic. Then a Gin fizz called the Ghostly Gulp. If you still have the blacklight from The Last Viking, turn out the lights and shine it on the Ghostly Gulp. Finally, we have a Pumpkin Pie Punch for adults and a Cherry Eyeball Punch for the whole family (with optional alcohol instructions).
