The Orient Express Recipes
FOOD:
This month we have for dinner one of the items from the menu puzzle in the game - Salmon Mousseline. We have not done a fish yet, so we thought this might be an interesting one to try. Almost the entire menu in the game was inspired from the R.M.S. Titanic’s menu because we wanted to have that feel of “luxury” in the menu puzzle. This was one of the signature courses that was served on the ship.
For Dessert we decided to go with Turkish Delight as a way to stick to the Orient Express theme.
FAMILY DRINKS:
We are adding another category this month, as a good portion of the subscriptions that start this month are Christmas gifts to be played with the whole family, so we thought perhaps we should add something non-alcoholic to the menu! We went with a Blood Orange Italian Soda.
ADULT DRINKS:
On the adult side of things, we had to put in a cocktail called “The Orient Express.” Additionally, we decided we could use some of that Turkish Delight in a cocktail. Click below for recipe cards.
