We visit Greece this month and we have some delicious Greek food to try for you! First we have Kotopoulo Skorthato for dinner, a lemon-garlic chicken recipe. As a side we have a beef stew with orzo. For dessert we have Ravani Cake, a syrup soaked Mediterranean cake.

DRINKS

To drink, we have a brandy-based drink, the Odyssey. The Trojan, a vodka-based drink rounds out our alcoholic beverages this month.  The non-alcoholic drink of choice this month is Demeter’s Lemonade.
