To embody the spirit of a luau cookout, this month for dinner we have Huli Huli Chicken, a tropical marinated dinner. It can be cooked on a skillet or outside on the barbeque. For a side, or a main course if you prefer, we have Spam Musubi – a modern favorite dish. For dessert, we have a classic Pineapple Pie!

Since this game is based in Hawaii, it seemed natural that we would have a Mai Tai recipe, this one has a small twist to it, but the result is the best Mai Tai we have had! Second, we have a drink called the Lava Flow, a creamy fruit-filled drink. The nonalcoholic drink this month is lemon pineapple iced tea, a refreshing twist on an old standby!
