This month we are venturing to the Bermuda Triangle! To celebrate, we are going to take a dish from each of the three points of the Triangle. For dinner, we have Puerto Rican Chicken and Rice. For a side, we have a Bermudan Fish Chowder, and for dessert, we have a Miami Rum Cake!

This month rum is featured, as all three of these locations were large rum producers at one point. First, we have The Triangle, a Ginger Beer, and Rum mixed drink; then we have the Bermudan Rum Swizzle, a more fruity drink. Finally, we have our non-alcoholic Not So Dark and Stormy which uses Biscane, a rum alternative.
