Welcome to Wilde World Recipes

FOOD

This month we are bringing you to Wilde World, a 1970s era theme park. We chose a few theme park favorites for dinner this month, starting with Coney Island Sauce – or if you are from Erie, PA – Greek Sauce.  You can put Coney Sauce on any meet product in a bun, but it is most commonly put on hotdogs. We leave it up to you to figure out what meets and buns to get.  For an appetizer we have fried pickle spears reminiscent of state fairs and local amusement parks around the country.  For dessert we have white chocolate popcorn to munch on!

DRINKS

This month we have a few pineapple treats and an avocado margarita. Paying homage to the king of all theme park treats, the Dole Whip, we have a pineapple float for the whole family!  (Add rum if you would like to make it not-for-the-whole-family.)  On the adult side we have the Wilde Wheel, another drink that involves the Butterfly Pea Extract that you might have left over from Sleight of Hand. You do not need it for the flavor of the drink (which involves peanut butter whiskey!) but it does make it do the cool color changing thing! Finally, we have an avocado margarita that we have named the Temple Guardian, and in our mind is served in Legends Cove of Wilde World.  We hope you enjoy!
